EDGE Group is a completely voluntary activity. Parents are responsible for the safety and activities of their children. You will be asked to sign a legal form as an additional legal safety net for EDGE and the church.
FYI: The church is not available on Good Friday (April 6, 2012.) Also, the last date that we can use the gym is April 20th. After that we will meet at parks if the group chooses to do so.
FEES:
EDGE Group does not formally have fees, however we do love collections to pay the church for the use of the gymnasium and compensate the wonderful SCHE volunteers who attend and sponsor our group to make it possible to exist. So please, plan on donating anywhere from $5-$20 for these efforts. Donation dates to be determined.

Friendship Church Property Usage Form for Groups Friendship Church appreciates the opportunity to serve the church membership and community by making our facility and campus available. It is our desire to be good stewards of all the Lord has given us. We ask that Friendship’s building and grounds be used respectfully and in a manner that honors our Lord. Therefore, it is important to establish some guidelines. We ask that you review and sign the following policy. If you have any questions, please contact Todd Anderson for the Prior Lake campus at 952-447-0545 or Cyndi McArdell for the Shakopee campus at 952-567-6478.
In the case of a funeral, please be advised that no other groups or events will be scheduled at the same campus during that time. Since funerals are unpredictable, it is possible your event may need to be cancelled and/or rescheduled.
For your event or meeting, the leader must sign in at the Welcome Center. Before leaving, they must be certain that everyone from their group is gone and then sign out at the Welcome Center.
The last person/group to leave is responsible for checking the building, shutting off all lights (except above missionary board in Prior Lake) making sure all entrance doors are locked and setting the alarm.
We ask that you leave the building as you found it. This may include picking up and disposing of garbage (whether inside or out), cleaning tables and chairs, putting furniture back, sweeping or vacuuming the floor, and checking the restrooms to be sure all toilets are flushed.
You also acknowledge that you cannot adjust the heat or air during your event.
You are responsible for any damage to the building or its contents. Because of church safety issues, children will not be allowed to roam the property. Each group must remain in only those areas/rooms which they have reserved.
No alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products may be used in the building or on church property at any time.
Gym and classroom doors should remain closed during all music rehearsals and recreational activities
Because people may be working, counseling, etc., please keep your voices down.
It is unacceptable to run, skateboard or wear shoes with wheels in the church.
If the above guidelines are not followed, you will receive notice of the infractions and a follow-up meeting will be scheduled. If the infractions continue, Friendship Church will terminate your use of the building.
There is an annual fee for use of the building and additional fees for special events.
